Portfolio | Envoy

For the past two years I’ve been working as the lead designer for Envoy, a San Francisco-based startup that provides personal grocery shopping for homes and businesses up and down the West Coast. I provide a mix of practical ready-to-deploy designs and forward-looking sketches for future versions of Envoy’s web and mobile interfaces.

Portfolio | Coffee Table

This fall I’ve been doing a lot of design work for my friends at Coffee Table, makers of an iPad app that lets you browse and order from major print catalogs (Crate&Barrel, Harrington, Sears, etc.). These are special offer ads that users see when they first open up a particular catalog in the app.

Portfolio | StageGrade Logo

I designed the logo for the relaunch of StageGrade, an innovative publishing startup that offers reviews-of-reviews for Broadway and off-Broadway theater productions. The graphic element references StageGrade’s unique bar graph representations of critical reviews; the scalloped corners of the bars are a subtle reference to the shapes of vintage theater tickets.

Portfolio | culture-making.com

As curator and co-creator of the Culture Making website, I developed the initial site architecture and layout, and worked closely Culture Making author Andy Crouch, InterVarsity Press, and my good friends at Yee Design, who provided the finishing polish.
